Booking Your Place

We look forward to welcoming you to IMMERSION Forum. You can choose to attend the whole day or half-day (when the Early Bird ends). The evening networking is included in the delegate ticket but is separately bookable to those who cannot make the Forum (This is just £29 + vat to attend and is non refundable).

We prefer online payment through our secure payment servers however we also offer the option of a booking form for delegate places where online payment is not possible. There is an administration fee of £150 + vat for this.

IBAN/ money order and cheque (from UK Bank only) is accepted. Please contact us directly to arrange this.

Complex Booking Requirements?

Please contact us directly if you have a large number of colleagues to book places or complex arrangements to secure booking delegates' places. We will work with you to ensure your delegates are guaranteed their place at the event.

Concessions - The delegate fees are very reasonable so concessions of 10% only are available to association partners who offer a discount to their members. Please contact us directly to discuss this.

General Notes, Terms & Conditions

1. Discounts quoted refer to the full fees as detailed here.

2. The organisers reserve the right to make changes to the programme without notice.

3. Only one type of discount available per booking.

Cancellation policy & Terms & Conditions

Delegate cancellations received in writing before 10th May 2011 will be subject to a service charge of £150

Substitutions are welcome at any time prior to 30th June, 2011. All communication about cancellations and substitutions should be in writing directly to the conference director.

All online bookings provide a receipt online for download. Please take advantage of this as we cannot send receipts manually. We do not issue invoices for these events.

All places must be paid for in full 2 weeks prior to the event and are non-refundable. However if you want to nominate a colleague in your place then please let us know at least 14 days in advance. We cannot accept substitutions without at least 14 day's notice in writing.

When you make the booking, you agree that you understand and abide by these statements that are our basic terms and conditions.

We reserve the right to change speakers and session line-up at any time. We reserve the right to choose to accept or decline delegate bookings for whatever reason.
